Ole works in Frontier’s Energy and Competition practices and is based in our Cologne office.
He is curious about how institutions and markets can be designed to contribute to circularity and resilience in economic activities.
At Frontier, Ole recently advised on an application for public grant auctions, analysed the distribution of benefits and costs of hydrogen network infrastructure investments among various stakeholders, and evaluated damage claims in cartel litigation.
Ole’s academic journey has taken him to Manchester, Mannheim, and Milan, where he specialised in environmental, public, and industrial economics.
His previous work experience includes stays at the OECD in Paris, research institutes, and an environmental NGO in Peru. Ole is fluent in German, English, and Spanish.
