Based in Frontier’s Paris office, Tangui advises clients on energy, transport, and competition issues.
His work in energy and transport covers topics related to economic regulation, access to regulated infrastructure, and rail market liberalisation in France. In competition, Tangui has worked on damage estimation for antitrust proceedings and merger cases in both Europe and the UK.
Prior to joining Frontier, Tangui worked at the European Central Bank, where he acquired strong experience in quantitative economic and financial data analysis.
Tangui holds an MSc in Empirical Economics and Econometrics from the Toulouse School of Economics. He is fluent in French and English.
