Chiara joined Frontier in 2022 and works across the energy, public policy, and competition practices.
She has collaborated with European clients on regulation, policy design, and evaluation while also supporting competition cases. Her recent work includes analysing French fiscal policy in the transport sector and assisting decarbonization projects with their Projects of Common Interest applications.
Chiara holds an MPhil in Public Policy and Development from the Paris School of Economics, an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, and a BA in Liberal Arts and Science from Amsterdam University College. She is fluent in French and English and also speaks Spanish.
